At Crème & Co., we strive to provide the highest quality products for our customers. To ensure that every purchase meets your expectations, please review our refund and exchange policy below:


No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer an exchange or replacement for the defective product. To qualify for an exchange:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
  • Send us a photo of the defective or damaged item.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim and confirmed the defect, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Eligible Products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products without their original packaging.
  • Any product not reported within 7 days of delivery.
